Fast fashion also leads to rapid production that prioritizes sales and profits over human welfare. \n🧵 Have you heard of the “Slow Fashion Movement”? This movement aims to achieve environmental and social justice in the fashion industry. For the 8th Responsible Marché\, we are inviting fashion brands that advocate for key slow fashion principles\, such as shifting from quantity to quality\, upcycling natural fibers or old fabrics\, ensuring living wages and healthy working conditions\, and transparency and integrity. \n🤝🏼 We invite you to shop mindfully\, discover a great selection of responsible fashion vendors\, and other fun activities such as hands-on workshops on September 27th. We hope you will enjoy hearing everyone’s stories\, connecting and making new friends.
