火も電気も使わず、お水だけで簡単に染めることができ、お子さんでも安全に染めることができます。また、土のみで染めるので、お肌にも優しい染色方法になります。

＊ベンガラ染めとは
ベンガラとは赤色の土から取れる成分(酸化鉄)から出来ています。
長年の加工技術を活かし「赤」しかなかったベンガラを
燃焼温度と調合により黄、黒、緑、紫といった色彩豊かな色合いをつくりだされました。
そして媒染剤や火を使わず、少量の水で揉み込んで染める省エネルギーの染色です。
また土壌にて分解される成分で作られているので排水面も安心です。人・環境にとってやさしく安全でエコロジーな染色です。

Benigara dyeing is a dyeing method with very little environmental impact. Originally used as a building material, it was adapted for clothing by “Koshoku no Bi” in Osaka, making it possible to dye clothes as well.

No fire or electricity is needed—it can be easily dyed using only water, making it safe even for children. Additionally, since it is dyed using only soil, it is a gentle dyeing method on the skin.

＊What is Benigara dyeing?

Benigara is made from iron oxide, a component extracted from red soil.

Utilizing years of processing techniques, Benガラ, which was originally only red,

has been transformed into a rich array of colors such as yellow, black, green, and purple through adjustments in burning temperature and mixture ratios.

This dyeing method is energy-efficient, as it does not require mordants or fire, and instead uses a small amount of water to dye the fabric.

Additionally, since it is made from components that decompose in soil, it is safe for drainage. It is a dyeing method that is gentle on both people and the environment, making it safe and eco-friendly.
